What type of … What type of anemone is the the one at 1:50 that the maroon cliwnfish was in and what is the name of the coral after that, that looked like grass?

i have a 38 gallon that has been setup for 2 months now. I have a problem with mine though. I have a a magnetet brush that i use to clean the tank. Im supposed to clean it every 3-5 days. Now when i clean the algea off the glass about 3 hours later the glass is covered in algea again. I dont know what is causing the problem. I tested the ph and nitrate in it but it comes out good. Do you know anything that i could do to fix it?
back up the camera … back up the camera so we can see what’s going on as a whole, we don’t need to see these close up shots…this just made me very angry
